Devonic Web developed a custom WooCommerce plugin named “Offline Bank Payment Receipt” for Cali Distribution. This plugin enhances the offline payment process by enabling customers to upload payment receipts directly on the Thank You page as well as on the My Account > Orders page. Customers can view their uploaded receipts and even re-upload them if needed, providing flexibility and reducing support inquiries. Each receipt submission is automatically attached to the corresponding order in the backend, allowing easy access for administrative review. After rigorous testing, the plugin was optimized for smooth and reliable operation, improving Cali Distribution’s offline payment management significantly.
