How long does a typical project take?

A new WordPress build typically ships in 4-8 weeks. A Shopify Plus theme rebuild is 6-10 weeks. Production SaaS projects vary by complexity but typically 8-16 weeks. Maintenance and rescue work starts within 5 working days. We confirm timing in writing as part of every fixed quote.

Where are your clients based?

All over. We work with clients across the UK, US and Europe, our featured Shopify Plus client Calico Corners is US-based and Pulsium and SanData are German. We work in UK business hours (09:00–18:00 BST) for sync work and async via Loom for everything else, with time zones up to GMT-8 handled comfortably.

What's your minimum project size?

We don't set a fixed minimum, every project is scoped on its own merits. Tell us what you're trying to build and we'll tell you whether we're the right fit, what the realistic budget and timeline look like, and where simpler tools might solve your problem better than custom work.

Can you take over a project another developer started?

Yes, regularly. About a third of our work is rescue projects, inherited Elementor sites, broken Shopify customisations, Next.js apps that never shipped. We audit first, scope the recovery, then either fix or rebuild based on what's there.

Why do you charge a flat fee for Google Ads instead of a percentage of spend?

Because percentage-based agencies have a financial incentive to grow your ad spend whether or not it's profitable. Our flat monthly fee aligns our incentives with yours, we win when your CAC drops, not when your spend rises.
