Conversion tracking that's actually correct

Conversion tracking is the unglamorous part of paid search that most accounts get wrong. We audit and rebuild server-side tracking on day one, Google Tag Manager server containers where the data quality justifies it, GA4 with a custom event taxonomy elsewhere, so the optimisation signal we feed back into the platform reflects reality. Without that, every campaign optimisation is being made on noisy data.

Paid social and email, not only search

Search captures existing demand; paid social and email create and keep it. We run Meta and LinkedIn campaigns where the audience and the offer fit, prospecting and retargeting kept to sensible frequency, and wire them into the same conversion tracking as search so the numbers are comparable across channels. Klaviyo handles email and SMS lifecycle for e-commerce clients, abandoned cart through to post-purchase and winback, triggered on real store events rather than batch-and-blast. It's all on the same flat fee.

Remarketing without creepy frequency

Remarketing is opt-in and respectful. Frequency caps tuned to brand context, suppression for converted users, and creative refreshed quarterly so the same prospect doesn't see the same ad fifty times. The flat fee covers all of it.

Plain-English monthly reports

Monthly reports name the campaigns that earned next month's spend, the ones that didn't, the queries that converted and the ones that attracted clicks without action. A live Looker Studio dashboard is there for the day-to-day numbers; the monthly write-up is three pages, in English, with the prioritised next-sprint actions named.
